Codibook Compensation Policy for Sold-out

For who are eagerly waiting your item,
We are trying our best to deliver the product you purchased as soon as possible.

However, sometimes there's an inevitable circumstance that make us not able to finish your order. For example, unexpected cancellation of production or other reasons of our partners and brands work with us. 

If the product is sold out without previous notice when you purchased and also completed your payment, we initiate 'Compensation Policy' like below to apologize your inconvenience. Because we think that the word sorry is not enough to console your expectation. 

If there was any sold out in your order, after the delivery is completed, compensation credit will be made.

The amount of compensation credit :  US$2 / CA$3 / AU$3 / NZ$3 / SG$3 / EUR2 / GBP2 / HKD 15

* Credit will be given automatically after the delivery without any other request.
* Compensation credit will be given once per order.
* Credit have a validity of 30 days after being given.
* This policy can be changed or terminated without prior notice.
* Compensation policy will apply when you order more than one product. (If there is only one product and it is sold out, compensation policy will not be given.)

We know that the credits cannot fully make up your frustration, but Codibook will try out best to provide better service.
